Stranded Wire
1、Stranded wire is produced by twisting several copper wires of the same specification in the same direction through high-speed circular rotation of the capstan, driven by the traction force of the take-up spool. It includes two types: right-hand lay (S-lay) and left-hand lay (Z-lay).
2、The models for stranded wire production in our company include:300 Double-spool Stranding Machine, 400P Twisting Machine, 500P Twisting Machine, 600P Twisting Machine, 600P Single Stranding Machine, 800P Twisting Machine, etc.
3、The following are common specifications. We can also produce stranded wires with a cross-sectional area of less than 20mm² according to customer requirements.
4、Standards for spool type and loading capacity:300" / 25kg, 400" / 70kg, 500" / 150kg, 600" / 254kg
